Company and operating-area
September 2003 we established our company in Munkfors. Munkfors is located in the Värmland province in middle Sweden. The quality of the work we carried out allowed our company a steady growth. Today we have several employees. We work for both private individuals and companies. We operate within a 100 kilometer radius of Munkfors.
Odd jobs, maintenance and renovation
We offer the following services:
- repairs in and around the house,
- wallpapering and painting,
- small electrical repairs, maintenance and installations,
- repairs and renovation,
- maintenance and renewal of roofing material,
- removal of old oiltanks and heating kettles and
- all other odd jobs (ask for information!).

Removal of old oiltanks and heating kettles
We would like to draw your attention to this service. Considering the increasingly strict environmental demands is it under many circumstances advisable to have old oiltanks and heating kettles removed. We can take care of this in a professional way. We take care of the disassembling of the oiltank and/or heating kettle, the removal of any left oil, the cleaning of the room that accomodated the oiltank and/or heating kettle as well as the removal of the scrap of the oiltank and/or heating kettle.

Maintenance-advice
Are you considering to buy a house in Sweden or did you buy a house in Sweden? If so, please consider this service. We give you expert advice about the maintenance to be carried out in the near future. This advice is based on the current state of the house, your future plans with the house and our knowledge of and experience with the specific maintenance-aspects of Swedish houses. The advice contains a maintenanceplan for the coming years and if desired an estimate of the costs involved.
Holiday cottage service
Beside the services mentioned above, we provide services to help you to maintain your holiday cottage:
- supervising in your absence,
- lawnmowing and
- keeping your house frost-free (winter).
Rental service
If you rent your holiday cottage while you are not around, we offer you the following service in the Munkfors region:
- key service and
- endcontrol and if necessary cleaning.
Conditions
We work on contract basis (fixed price) or hourly rate. For some services it is also possible to subscribe (for example holiday cottage service).
We can provide references if you want.
